Mobiscanner User Agreement
Ⅰ. Overview
1. Mobiscanner is a tool to provide you with services such as document scanning, recognition, conversion, management and other services. The specific service types include but not limited to the Mobiscanner website and Mobiscannerapp.
2. Mobiscanner has the right to modify this agreement in a timely manner according to laws and regulations, national standards and business operations. If this agreement is changed, we will announce the updated agreement in Mobiscanner. These changes are not regarded as Mobiscanner's violation of this agreement. If you continue to use Mobiscanner after the amendment is modified, it means that you have fully read, understand, and agree to the modified protocol, and are willing to be constrained by the modified protocol; if you do not agree with the modified protocol, immediately stop using Mobiscanner.
3. Except for this agreement, the agreement, service rules, policies, and notes that we have issued or may publish in the future may provide you with product or service agreement, service rules, policies, and notes. Some components have the same legal effect as this agreement. Please pay attention to and read the relevant supplementary agreement in time. Part or all terms of related supplementary agreements are found invalid and will not affect the effectiveness of other agreements or agreement clauses.
Ⅱ. Account registration
1. You may need to register an account when using Mobiscanner or log in to a third -party account we recognized, otherwise we have the right to refuse to provide you with services.
2. Account registration conditions:
(1) If you are an adult (that is, over 18 years old), legal person or other organizations, you should have a complete civil behavior;
(2) If you do not have the ability to doctrine, you should obtain the consent of the guardian in advance before registering and using Mobiscanner.
3. Complete registration:
(1) You should provide real, complete, and accurate information in accordance with the prompts of the registration page. You must not use other people's information to register account or provide other false information to Mobiscanner.
(2) The ownership of the Mobiscanner account is owned by Mobiscanner. After you complete the application, you only get the right to use the account.
Ⅳ. Information authenticity guarantee:
(1) If you find that you register with false or unreal information, Mobiscanner has the right to take corrections, delete data, restrict or suspend the use, freeze or cancel the account and terminate you with part of the service provided by you without notifications.
(2) You should correct the information in time and update and improve your relevant information.
(3) If you fail to correct and update the information in time, the Mobiscanner cannot provide you with a service in accordance with the agreement, or cause any loss during the use of Mobiscanner products or services, you should bear it by yourself.
Ⅲ. Account safety and use specifications
1. You should properly keep your account, password and other effective identification information. All losses caused by your account, password, or other effective identification information leakage, loss or accounts and passwords, etc., will be borne by yourself. You must be responsible for all behaviors taken using accounts and passwords, and Mobiscanner should not bear any responsibility.
2. If you find that the account and password are used or stolen by others, please immediately notify the Mobiscanner in a valid way and ask Mobiscanner to suspend service. Mobiscanner does not bear any responsibility for your losses within a reasonable period of action.
3. You must not transfer, sell, sell, lease, lend or share with others with some or or all of the account equity. If you transfer, sell, rent, lend or share with others with some or or all of the account equity, lead to violations or may violate the legitimate rights and interests of Mobiscanner or other legitimate rights and interests of third -party personal information, privacy rights, etc. It has the right to restrict, freeze, and cancel your account without notification, suspend or terminate parts or all services under this agreement item, and do not need to bear any responsibility for this.
4. Through your account scanning, uploading, making, sharing any information or any behavior you do will be regarded as your own behavior. You should take all the responsibility of all behaviors under the account.
5. Please update the mobile phone number or mailbox information bound to the Mobiscanner account in time when applying for a cancellation of the mobile phone number or mailbox, or the mobile phone number or mailbox for other reasons. If you do not update the mobile phone number or mailbox information bound by the Mobiscanner account in time, the user data leakage or other personal equity is damaged, and Mobiscanner will not bear any responsibility.
Ⅳ, software and service use specifications
1. Mobiscanner will give you an irreplaceable, withdrawal and non -discharge permission to use our software and services. In addition to another written agreement, you can only install, use, and run our software and services on the corresponding terminal equipment for non -commercial purposes.
2. If you have never obtained our software by third parties authorized by Mobiscanner or the same installation program as the name of these software, we cannot guarantee that the software can be used normally and is not responsible for the losses caused by it.
3. You understand and agree that you must not use Mobiscanner to scan, upload, make, share, and spread the information containing the following content:
(1) The basic principles that oppose the basic principles determined by the National Constitution;
(2) Harmly national security, leak state secrets, subvert state power, and destroy national unity;
(3) Damage to national honor and interests;
(4) Doation, ugliness, blasphemy, negate the deeds and spirit of heroes martyrs, and infringe on the name, portrait, reputation, and honor of the heroes martyrs in insult, slander or other ways;
(5) Promote terrorism, extremism, or incite the implementation of terrorist activities, extremism activities;
(6) Inciting national hatred, national discrimination, and destroying national unity;
(7) Destroy national religious policies and promote cults and feudal superstitions;
(8) Passion of rumors to disrupt economic order and social order;
(9) Passion of obscene, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, horror or instability of crime;
(10) Insulting or slandering others, infringing the reputation, privacy and other legitimate rights and interests of others;
(11) Other content prohibited by law and administrative regulations.
5. Mobiscanner has the right to judge based on unilateral independent judgments. When it is believed that it may occur, when it is possible to endure, freeze or cancel your account, suspend or cancel your account without notifications that may be harmful. Termid the part or all of the services under this agreement item, and delete your relevant data without having to bear any responsibility for you. These situations include but not limited to:
(1) The information you provide for the registered account is not authentic, complete, or accurate, including but not limited to the registration of information registration of other people's documents;
(2) Transfer, sell, rent, lend or share with others;
(3) Steal or illegally access or abuse information in other user accounts or accounts;

(5) Commercially copy, change, modify, connect operation of our products, or make any derivative works or products, use plug -ins, plug -ins, or non -authorized tools to access, interference, and affect our products or services;
(6) Limit, prohibit or interfere with other methods, affect the use of Mobiscanner by others, or interfere with the normal operation of the network, such as publishing or transmitting the following properties of any information or software: including worms, viruses or other harmful functions, or generated flow levels generated It may prevent others from using, sending or retrieving information;
(7) Access or try to access our products or services through network crawlers or other automatic ways, or violate Robots.txt or similar files in our products or services;

(9) Any rating or comments that may damage any of our products or services for our products or services that may affect our products or service integrity or accuracy;
(10) Invading or infringing mobiscanner or any third party intellectual property, personal information, privacy, or other legitimate rights and interests;
(11) Entering other actions that violate the law or this agreement.
6. Any content sent or uploaded by Mobiscanner (including but not limited to document pictures, document information or other information, etc., hereinafter referred to as "content"). Whether it is public or private, you are responsible. You guarantee that you already have ownership. It is necessary to authorize the content of uploading, and must not infringe the legal rights and interests of intellectual property, personal information, and privacy rights of others.
7. In the process of using Mobiscanner, violating the law or any agreement on this agreement leads to the loss of Mobiscanner, other users or any third party, and you should bear all the responsibilities, and Mobiscanner should not bear any responsibility for this.
Ⅴ. Member purchase and recharge rules
1. Some of our products or services are provided by charges, and you need to buy or recharge to use it. Before placing an order, please carefully confirm the order information such as the types of members, service names, prices, quantities and other orders you purchased.
2. When you submit the order information and successfully pay the corresponding price, you have established and take effect with Mobiscanner on the product or service. Before the contract is established and takes effect, you and Mobiscanner have the right to cancel the order of the service. Please note here that the contract and effectiveness are the prerequisite for Mobiscanner to provide you with membership, cloud storage space, fax service or translation service.
3. Mobiscanner may modify and change the charging standards and methods of charging services according to actual needs. We may change at any time through the product or service price provided by online, and Mobiscanner does not provide price protection or refund for prices or promotion of products or services.
4. Although the Mobiscanner will maximize the accuracy of the product or service price shown by the Mobiscanner, various factors such as system failure and artificial mistakes may cause abnormal prices. If the price of the product or service caused by the above situation is abnormal, and the Mobiscanner continues to perform the contract is not fair, we have the right to lift the contract and return the price you paid after negotiating with you according to the specific situation.
Ⅵ. Information storage and synchronization
1. You know and agree that the relevant information when using Mobiscanner will be stored in your terminal device to occupy the storage space of your terminal device.
2. You should choose whether to set a password when using this service to protect information security.
3. If you log in to your account and use Mobiscanner, the information you agree with will be stored in the server of the Mobiscanner.
4. When you use Mobiscanner in the login state, if you directly modify the information in the terminal device, the information may be synchronized between the terminal device and the server according to the result of the final modification. When you temporarily use this service with all the terminal devices of non -person, please quit login in time, and pay attention to the necessary adjustments to your settings to avoid leaking your personal information and privacy of your or others.
5. If you accidentally delete the information in the terminal device account and the information is lost, you can access the Mobiscanner website to log in to the account to restore your information, but we do not guarantee that you can restore your information.
6. Although Mobiscanner will take necessary measures to store your data in accordance with the law and protect it, we remind you that you should still back up your data by yourself, and we cannot be responsible for your unsuccessful storage or deleted data.
Ⅶ, account cancellation
1. If your account exists in the following circumstances, Mobiscanner has the right to bet on your account:
(1) Your behavior violates the provisions of the law or the agreement of this agreement;
(2) Based on the requirements of organs that have the right to or the state of the country;
(3) After you register your account, you have not logged in to use your account for more than 12 consecutive months. At the same time, your account has no balance and no unprepared service or equity.
2. If you submit an account cancellation application to the Mobiscanner, when your account meets the following conditions, you can cancel the account with the Mobiscanner review:
(1) The account is in a normal state, not involved any disputes or disputes (including complaint reports or complaints), and no restrictions are taken by the authority;
(2) There are no unfinished transactions in the account;
(3) There are no other unreasonable rights and obligations in the account (that is, there is no balance in the account and no unprepared service or equity) or disputes due to cancellation of the account;
(4) Other situations that may affect account cancellation.
3. If you need to cancel your account, you should send an email to mobiscanner@outlook.com to submit a cancellation application. After passing the Mobiscanner review and approval, it will be canceled. Since the cancellation of the account, Mobiscanner will notify you in time through the mailboxes, text messages and other methods you reserved.
4. During the cancellation of account cancellation, if your account involves disputes or disputes, including but not limited to complaints, reporting, litigation, arbitration, and investigation of national authority, Mobiscanner has the right to suspend or terminate the cancellation procedure of your account without having to go separately without going separately Get your consent.
5. You have fully understood and agreed. After the account cancellation, you will not be able to continue to use the services provided by Mobiscanner, no longer have account -related rights. After the legal period expires, the content or data of the account will be deleted or anonymous and cannot be restored.
6. The inconvenience or adverse consequences caused by the cancellation of the account will bear it by yourself.

Ⅸ, the protection of intellectual property rights
1. Mobiscanner provides you with everything used in the service process, including but not limited to any text, images, videos, charts, software, algorithms, and other materials. Mobiscanner and corresponding right holders have not granted you any other rights to the above information and content through this agreement. Unless the corresponding right person agrees in advance, you must not publish, transmit, copy, or use part or all information provided by Mobiscanner in any form in any form. 2. Respect for intellectual property is your deserved obligation. If you violate and cause the loss of Mobiscanner or the corresponding right holder, you need to bear liability for damage compensation.
Ⅹ. About the use of minors
If you are a minor user and want to use Mobiscanner, please obtain the consent of your guardian and use it under the guidance and supervision of your guardian. In addition, your guardian has the responsibility to help you correctly understand the content of this agreement, the "Mobiscanner Privacy Policy" and other related legal documents to guide you to use Mobiscanner correctly.
Ⅺ, business activities
You understand and agree, we can conduct the following business activities in the products or services provided by Mobiscanner: through Mobiscannerapp, website, mini -program or mobile phone SMS, mail or other legal methods, send you a commercial advertising or third -party commercial advertising or third -party commercial advertising or third party. We especially remind you that if the push information you receive is about third parties rather than Mobiscanner, you should judge the authenticity of its content and be responsible for your own judgment.
